US troops in Afghanistan may be getting ready for their gradual draw down, but Idaho soldiers are still busy. The 116th cavalry brigade is in Iraq and 15 members of Idaho’s Army National Guard returned from a medical relief mission to Cambodia a few weeks ago. This Southeast Asian nation is among the poorest in the region. Colonel Heather Taylor led that mission. She talked with Boise State Public Radio’s Adam Cotterell about her experience helping Cambodian citizens.
